The modern home is fully compliant with all Care Inspectorate requirements and provides nursing, dementia and disability care to older people from throughout the Glasgow and Renfrewshire areas. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Deputy Nurse Manager position and what the home is offering: 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract, which will be worked on fully supernumerary day shifts Excellent hourly rates of pay of £19.11 per hour, which is equivalent to NHS Band 7 rates and a salary in the region of £37,260 Overtime rates in the region of £25 per hour 6 weeks annual leave, sick pay and a company pension scheme Free uniforms and meals whilst on duty Industry leading learning and development opportunities, plus support with NMC revalidation and a range of career progression opportunities As RGN/RMN/RNLD Nurse Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions. Applicants for this Nurse Deputy Manager position should be: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD will all be considered Currently working at Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager level or equivalent in a UK care home and have good working knowledge of Care Inspectorate essential standards and quality monitoring frameworks Ideally have completed a recognised management qualification, or are willing to undertake this Passionate about high standards and providing care without compromise Flexible to meet the needs of the home If you would like to apply now, please follow the link provided.
