Overview

The Role The purpose of the role is to support the timely delivery of high quality executive surveys across EMEA in collaboration with the EMEA Product Leader and survey operations teams. The role also supports the growth and profitability of the Data Services team by being responsible for client relationships and delivering Willis Towers Watson Data Services executive products and services. This includes standard and bespoke executive surveys as well as delivering compensation based project work such as compensation and benefits reviews and conducting executive pay assessments. Gathering and reviewing data submissions for assigned clients in the UK and in EMEA Conducting executive compensation based project work and supporting the client’s market data requirements Act as a subject matter expert and educate the client on executive surveys, in collaboration with account managers Conducting and supporting client presentations Ensure that survey and project files for assigned clients are up-to-date and meet Professional Excellence standards Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve survey processes in collaboration with the rest of the EMEA executive survey team Continuously develop technical and consulting skills (e.g. understanding of executive data and benchmarking) Providing new and existing clients with survey pricing proposals, in collaboration with account managers Ensuring clients are promptly and accurately billed Build strong relationships externally and internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams Demonstrate ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels The Requirements Good organisational skills: be able to plan and organise work efficiently, be able to handle several projects at same time and to work under pressure and meet deadlines An ability to be self-sufficient and manage own workload but ask for support when required Will have a good working experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have some experience or working with other databases or statistical software Good client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service. Excellent written and oral communication skills – comfortable and credible communicating with senior leaders within client organizations. Some experience in executive reward, data management or survey research (incorporating various stages of a research project), and be numerate with strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
