Job Title: Service Coordinator Salary: up to £ 21,000 PA Location: Hitchin Contract: Perm Hours: Full time- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Job Responsibilities: Responding to emergency maintenance queries Planning routine service requests Preparing verbal quotations Handling breakdown calls and schedule work for the technicians Follow up quotations with customers Ordering materials from suppliers Required to take part in the out of hours rota managing the phones Skills/Experience Required: Experienced in diarising and/or scheduling engineers Able to deal with a high volume of calls Proven experience in building a strong rapport with business partners over the phone and email Superb telephone manner and excellent communication skills but written and verbal Experience of meeting KPI’s would be an advantage Great analytical and problem-solving skills Passionate about providing great customer service Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you in the next five working days.
