Customer Service Administrator – Immediate Start Are you able provide a high standard of Customer Service? If so this could be the perfect position for you • The chance to join a well-known business with an excellent reputation in the local area • Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm (Monday – Friday) • Located in Hitchin, Hertfordshire • Temporary Position – with opportunity to go permanent We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client based in Hitchin. You will be working with a fantastic team providing outstanding customer service and administration duties to all company customers with the chance to also support all staff with general admin duties. Responsibilities: To support with the following duties: • Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone • Telephone- inbound / outbound • General Admin Duties • Updating and maintaining data bases Desired attributes: • Organised • Punctual • Customer Service/Admin based background If this role is ideal for you please do get in contact.
