Overview

We are now recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to support our Customer Support Team, based at our Head Office in Hitchin and ensure all team objectives and KPI's are met and exceeded. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be required to: Lead, manage and develop the Customer and Technical Support team. Determine a method of measuring and reporting for the team, to constantly challenge the team and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor all order and sales volumes, in order to adjust resource allocation accordingly and meet 'Best Customer Experience' commitments. Build and develop strong relationships with other departments, establishing seamless processes and ensuring a smooth experience for all Customers. Analyse and report on Customer activities. Encourage productivity and motivate the team, whilst helping in their development. Ensure that the team adhere to Company guidelines / policies and procedures at all times. We are looking for someone with the following skills: Previous experience of managing a team within an office / Customer Service enviornment. Able to work co-operatively with others. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally. Exceptional customer service skills. Knowledge of SAP would be extremely beneficial. Technical mindet. Strong attention to detail.
