Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer - To £35K Package Ever wondered what it would be like moving to a Property and Construction Consultancy? With a few years' experience working as for a multi-disciplinary or building services consultancy you're probably wondering will the grass be greener if you join a Property and Construction company? Working in true collaboration with the in inhouse planners, project managers, surveyors, architects, Civil and Structural engineers you'll be involved in projects from feasibility to post occupancy. You'll develop a much better understanding of the building services and property market as a whole and enjoy working on projects where everyone is on the same team, rather than working on projects where every external discipline is trying to pick holes in the others designs and pass the buck. You'll also benefit from the internal knowledge network with access to building surveyors or Construction Design Managers and the opportunity of asking technical questions without undermining yourself. Supported by a Chartered Associate you'll develop your electrical design skills on a blend of new both build and refurbishment projects. Rather than being micro managed you'll be given a lot of autonomy an freedom to use your experience and initiative to design and progress projects.
