Our philosophy is to provide holistic and highly skilled assessment and rehabilitation to every one of our patients. Are you a registered/student nurse whose passion for care is driven by the same philosophy? If that's a yes, then our Enhanced Intermediate Care unit at Butler Green is the place for you! Butler Green provides a HUB for community services to residents across Oldham. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with the acute and ambulance services to provide invaluable community based care focussing on the needs and wants or our patients. Our team includes urgent care response, transfer of care and staff based in the Royal Oldham A&E department to ensure the application of a fully holistic approach to the patient pathway. Our ultimate goal is to enable our patients to be at their most comfortable and in their home environment as swiftly and as safely as possible. We ensure our staff are properly skilled to support this with training and development in specialist skills such as enteral balloon tube feeding and IV services. Our nurses are passionate about promoting health, prevention of ill health and principles of rehabilitation. We are looking for like-minded nurses.to join our dedicated team in delivering a high standard of care to patients within the unit. Driven by our corporate values and the desire to continuously improve what we do you'll be keen to be part of a growing team who assess, implement, develop and evaluate programmes of care in conjunction with the unit manager and therapists, patients, carers and/or other disciplines/agencies. If you are already a registered nurse any current training or development you are involved in will naturally be honoured. Additionally you will receive support for mentorship training or a CPD course of your choice. * Links with our acute colleagues and across the community with opportunities to work in collaboration with a number of different teams. Our service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; flexibility and the ability to work shifts including night duty, weekends and bank holidays will be required.
