Overview

Dalton Recruitment has been asked to urgently identify a Reward Analyst who would be available for a 6 month fixed term contract to help with the background analysis and support on a pay grading project across the firm's 1500 strong employee base. Based from the firm's London Bridge offices, this role can be offered on a 4 or 5 day/week basis. Key accountabilities include: • Support specific project activity to deliver the implementation of a new pay and grading structure. • Undertake salary benchmarking and job evaluation (Hay), providing advice and guidance to HR and managers on the implications and impact of proposed organisational structure changes. • Provide quality assurance and ensure effective administration of the Job Evaluation (Hay) process and outcomes. • Support with the annual salary review process and associated communications. • Support Gender Pay Gap reporting and associated communications. • Provide effective reporting, reconciliation and analysis of reward related data. • Create, update and ensure effective pay modelling using excel, including development of user friendly management reports. • To provide advice, guidance and challenge to HR colleagues and senior managers on complex reward and benefit issues. • Support the introduction and implementation of a revised benefits package.
