Facilities Manager – Immediate start £45,000pa Initial 2 month Fixed Term Contract London Facilities Manager is required for a tech start-up company based in amazing offices in London – closest tube is either Goodge Street or Warren Street station. The offices hold 250 people and we are looking for a Facilities Manager to start immediately on a 2 month Fixed Term Contract to help them with the management of the building. The ideal Facilities Manager will have previously worked as a hands-on Facilities Manager for a similar size organisation and be happy to be hands-on and very operational. The main elements of the role will be to assist with:- - Space planning and seating planning for the offices - Smooth running of the facilities management activities - Managing all the facilities leasing and contracts - Negotiate contracts with external service providers - Managing the Health & Safety policies and procedures - Support the Head of Office Services with all the planning and controlling of the budget related to the office, ensuring that it is delivered within the areed budget The ideal candidate will have: - Experience working as a Facilities Manager within a similar size company (250 staff on-site) - Experience in a hands-on, operational role - Experience of managing H&S policies, negotiating contracts and managing external service providers and experience of space planning
