Overview

Oakleaf are working exclusively with a global Financial Services organisation on a Compensation Specialist role which will be a key role within the Reward team. This person will work closely with the Group Head of Reward and the wider HR team to support the delivery of the compensation processes, data and analytics. Key responsibilities Support the delivery of the global Reward strategy across the organisation. Help manage the compensation cycle including the delivery of the discretionary bonus process, salary review, deferral management and share grant. Manage employee deferral plans including share based instruments and LTIPs. Calculate deferral buy-outs, track deferral awards, payments and forfeitures. Contribute to the generation of the Directors Remuneration Report and other regulatory submissions. Provide comp expertise and guidance to global HR practitioners and partner with the regional teams HR teams to address country specific issues. Provide data and analytics as needed to support global division-wide reporting and client specific needs. The successful candidate will have Previous financial services experience, within experience of regulatory reward Proven Reward experience An understanding of executive and cash compensation awards, deferral plans, share based instruments and compensation cycle management in the financial services environment. High energy level and passion with the ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
