Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support. The primary role of the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager is to plan, develop, and oversee programs relating to Payroll, Salaries and Benefits. He/she shall ensure compliance with all government regulations, including government reporting and shall determine the compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with the industry and/or current market trends. The Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager shall provide and initiate regular and relevant HR Analytics, such as but not limited to surveys, wage or non-wage analysis, and other statistical analytics, relating to and/or affecting employee life cycle and organizational development. This position reports to the Human Capital Leader. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * Managing employee benefit programs * Administers and implements the company benefit programs, which may include retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies such as health, life, and disability. * Sources and selects benefits vendors, and manage enrollment, renewal and delivery of service to the employees * Compensation planning * Analyzes compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop a competitive compensation plan. * Develops pay scales or design compensation levels to ensure competitive rates of pay that are in accordance with our company's needs. * Responsible for the management/design of pay structure, and pay-for-performance plans (e.g. bonus and incentives) * Payroll administration and Government Reporting * Ensures that timely and accurate processing of payroll * Manages Timekeeping and other related systems, e.g. Timekeeping System, Leave Management system. * Ensures accurate and timely compliance to government reporting requirements, particularly for SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig and BIR. * Knowledge and understanding of online payroll systems. * HR Analytics * Analyzes and reports statistical data, covering employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding * and reports covering Analyzes data on wages and salaries * Evaluates positions/roles and determines the proper market value for that job through salary surveys and statistical analysis. * Evaluates and compares pay structure with that of other companies. * Policy Development and Administration * Designs, evaluates and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. * Manages the design and development of tools to assist employees in benefits selection, and to guide managers through compensation decisions. * Oversees the distribution of pay and benefits information to the * Mediates between benefits providers and employees, such as by assisting in handling employees' benefits-related questions or resolving benefits-related issues. * Organize and maintain files and records * Carry out other duties as assigned by the Human Capital Leader Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor of Science - Human Resources Management, Bachelor of Science - Psychology Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Up to 20% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
