Overview
A highly innovative, multi-national and agile company is looking for an interim Compensation & Benefits Analyst. You will also be supporting the reward agenda through their compensation rounds, providing job evaluation, benchmarking and analysis. Accountabilities include: Responsible for assisting with the administration and management of the comp and bens plans Reviewing complex analytics to resolve employer and vendor issues, plus involvement in a range of comp projects Analyzing and reviewing industry data to determine competitiveness of benefits programmes Providing guidance to staff on pay decisions, policies, guidelines and job evaluations Supporting with salary planning and annual bonus processes Assisting team members with complex comp & bens issues Liaising with vendors, carrying out reviews of invoices Working with the wider comp & bens/HR team in order to enhance understanding of comp & bens to to attract & retain talent Skills and Experience Please only apply if you have compensation and benefits experience based with HR or Reward Previous Comp & Bens experience within financial services, professional services or a commercial environment Ability to work with multiple deadlines Excellent understanding of trends in employee comp & benefits Excellent reporting, analytical and presentation skills Strong team player, highly numerate and analytical Solution orientated with the ability to work with ambiguity & complexity
