Overview
Due to continued expansion within our very well respected client's organisation, we are currently looking for an experienced and customer focussed fitted Kitchens Specialist This is a key role within the company at the forefront of the business, where you will often be the first point of contact for new or existing customers. The role will encompass a variety of tasks to assist in the customer's 'journey' including assisting in their choices, preparing quotations and paperwork, generating invoices, taking payment and organising surveys and presentations. You will be working closely with the branch manager, surveyors, HQ team and many other members of the team on a daily basis. Therefore the successful candidate will be a team player with fantastic customer service skills and you will possess excellent and effective all round communication abilities. You will be organised, well presented, flexible and will possess close attention to detail skills. The successful candidate will have proven and successful experience from within a similar organisation working within the 'highend' home improvements sector, with excellent all round knowledge of fitted kitchens and related parts and specifications. This is an excellent career opportunity, operating within a growing organisation with an excellent working culture and a warm and friendly atmosphere. The role is 40 Hours per week covering Monday to Saturday (working most Saturdays with a day off during the week on those weeks).
