This is where you come in....Great ambitions require great staff! Based at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich, the Recruitment team are looking for a new Recruitment Officer to join our team. This role is to cover maternity leave. We therefore work positively to make sure we provide a high level of customer service. This role will include interaction and communication with others. To many we are the first point of contact with the Trust, so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate they understand how key good communication and customer service is. The recruitment team is committed to offering the best possible recruitment experience and this requires us to work respectfully with each other and the wider Trust. You will learn about the end to end recruitment process, acquiring essential administration skills in the process. We will expect you to share our passion for achieving excellence. We work Monday to Friday 9 - 5 but can offer some flexibility on start and end times. Hellesdon Hospital offers free on-site car parking for all staff, although at the moment we are all working remotely. We will support any new starter to work form home until we are safe to return to the office.
