Production Manager - Microelectronics
Overview
My client, a global provider of microelectronic products, is currently searching for a Production Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful applicant will ensure that the company’s manufacturing team are effectively trained, managed, developed and deployed in fulfilment of both customer and company objectives. As well as this, you will actively review manufacturing performance, initiating continuous improvement programs to support manufacturing efficiency. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced production manager, well-practised in Lean management techniques. Qualifications & Experience: The successful applicant will have a proven record in manufacturing operations. Circa 5 years in a manufacturing leadership position required, in an electronics or related industry. Experience with microelectronics in an aerospace and defence environment would be advantageous. A proven track record of continuous improvement and lean management, as well as a working knowledge of MRP systems. Additional Information : Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK.
