Storm Recruitment Solutions is proud to be recruiting for a Production Manager for a fantastic food manufacturer based in Norfolk. The salary for this role is circa £40,000 depending on experience. The shift pattern for this role is 4 on 4 off days and nights. You will be involved in the planning and organising production schedules You will ensure that health and safety regulations are met Determining quality control standards Overseeing production processes Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment Supervision of a number of staff members Organising relevant training sessions We are Storm , your food and drink recruitment specialists.
