A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm in their office based in the historic beautiful city of York. Our client is a successful, long-standing practice and is dedicated to further growth by building on the strong base they have already created, whilst also preserving the reputation they have for delivering first-class legal advice to their clients. The highly-regarded firm are now looking to recruit an Employment Lawyer to join the successful team in the York office. Due to the team's busy nature, you will need to be able to come in and hit the ground running with a varied and high-quality caseload of respondent Employment Law matters. Candidates with experience managing claims through the tribunal process and providing employment support in corporate/commercial transactions would be ideal. Since the firm is committed to further growth, business development will also play a part in this role, meaning you will have the chance to build new client relationships through networking and other marketing activities. For this reason, the opportunity would really suit someone who really enjoys client contact and meeting new people.
