Facilities Assistant (Temp to perm) £9-£10 p/h We are working with one of our corporate firms and based in the City of London that require a Facilities Assistant on a temp to perm basis. They are looking for someone to start ASAP. Key responsibilities ·Provide general facilities support ·Setting up and organising rooms for meetings ·Assisting with IT teams to set up new desks and starters within the company ·Basic general maintenance ·Lift and shift type work ·Assist with Arching and file management Ideal Candidate ·High standard of personal presentation ·Professional telephone manner ·Previous experience working within professional services
