Overview
Do you want to work for a Company that prides itself on outstanding customer service and offers a positive and inspiring working environment? Fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and innovative Company. You will be managing your own appointments and setting up services for home movers whilst delivering an outstanding level of customer care and service. You will be speaking to customers and discussing their core service needs, making appropriate recommendations according to the customers requirements. You will be responsible for researching a number of suppliers and tariffs and liaising with a network of suppliers and partners. Ideal candidate; excellent telephone manner sales experience ability to build a rapport with customers ability to manage and retain information excellent research and organisation skills Ideal experience in office based customer service sales role. You will be customer driven as well as confident to meet targets. Full time role, salary £20,000 - £24,000 plus bonus Focused yet fun team environment, fantastic Company ethos.
