We currently have an exciting opportunity for entry level Customer Service Advisors to join our busy team and learn from the best! THE ROLE This role is an incredibly rare opportunity to get into the insurance sector without experience! Were looking for friendly and confident people with an eagerness to learn and progress. Youll be delivering customer service that goes beyond answering customer queries. You will learn and develop your skills to play a vital part in our customer journey! Youll be answering inbound calls, handling administrative tasks and speaking with external suppliers. The main objective of the role is to help our customers through their journey with us, solving problems with ease and building a solid rapport with key stakeholders ensuring not only the continued success of the group but also YOUR continued success with us. HOURS You will be contracted to 40 hours a week. Our Centre is open 9am-6pm Mon-Fri - That's right... no weekends!!
