We are currently searching for a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant Customer Services department. THE ROLE We believe that customer service goes beyond answering customer queries - instead you will have an integral part to play in our customer journey! You will bring our company values to life by putting our customers' interests at the heart of everything you do whilst delivering customer service excellence. This role is perfect for someone that thrives on helping others. You'll need to be a pro at solving problems and building a solid rapport that results in long-term customer relationships. The number of calls you handle is not our main focus, instead we expect you to make a positive impact on every customer. By doing this you will understand callers needs and concerns, and always find the right solutions. Exceptional people make BIG special! Furthermore, youll directly impact business goals through providing feedback to our product team and ensure our customers are always listened to, engaged and supported. HOURS You will be contracted to 40 hours a week. Our Centre is open 9am-6pm Mon-Fri - That's right... no weekends!! BENEFITS Your BIG package is made up of a competitive salary dependent on experience.
