Your new role Within this varied and important role you will assist customers with their journey from initial query to after sales. You'll be a proactive thinker and always looking at how to improve processes to offer the best customer service. You'll be that first vital point of contact for solving customers queries ensuring they go away happy recommending you and the business. You'll receive great training on the products on offer ensuring that you will be able to achieve swift satisfactory outcomes for customers queries every time. You'll build relationships with the other friendly teams including the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. What you'll need to succeed You'll have excellent customer service skills and have a friendly yet assertive telephone manner. You'll have excellent written English and IT skills to convey messages quickly and accurately. You'll be a customer focused person always wanting the best for customers. You'll be a great team player as you'll working within this friendly collaborative team environment. You'll be a naturally positive person with great initiative able to problem solve and retain product information.
