Being a proactive thinker you'll always be looking at how to improve processes to offer the best customer service. As a vital first point of contact you'll help solve customers queries ensuring they go away happy recommending both you and the business. Great training on the products on offer will be given so that you are be able to achieve swift satisfactory outcomes for customers queries every time. You'll build relationships with the other friendly teams including the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. What you'll need to succeed You'll have excellent customer service skills and have a friendly telephone manner. Excellent written English and IT skills to convey messages quickly and accurately. Being a customer focused person is vital, always wanting the best for customers. You'll be a great team player as you'll working within this friendly collaborative team environment. To be a naturally positive person with great initiative able to problem solve and retain product information.
