Overview

We have a great opportunity for an Administrator working for our client, a leading insurance broker, based in Stevenage. This role is suited to someone with customer service/ business support experience, with a professional attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships. Our client is a highly respected broker who provides a variety of insurance services to their private and corporate clients. This team deals with both new and existing clients, creating a suitable policy, and providing ongoing support. On a day to day basis your role will be to support the Consultants with general administration, including the servicing & renewal of nominated clients. This will include responding to queries on a daily basis and obtaining new quotations when required. Duties will also include the following: Trouble shoot on specific client queries Assist in the generation of high quality renewal and new business reports Work closely with the consultant allocated to each client to ensure the very best account management service at all times Develop professional, sustainable and robust relationships with all clients within your area of responsibility Play an active role in maintaining high standards of 'best practice’ within the Division Actively maintain up to date market and product knowledge Comply with the relevant regulatory requirements and company procedures at all times Establish & maintain constructive working relationships with insurers and other relevant providers to ensure that client’s best interests are represented at all times Work with the healthcare consultants to maintain an effective suite of management information The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Experience within the health insurance arena or financial services would be an advantage but not essential Customer facing experience in any sector is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate level Microsoft Office Knowledge of Acturis is an advantage but not essential Presentable appearance The salary for this role will be from £20,000 to £22,000 per annum, depending upon your experience. Hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. We look forward to hearing from you.
