Overview
HSEQ Administrator A new opening due to expansion has occurred for a HSEQ Administrator to join a family business within the Stevenage area. Key responsibilities for the HSEQ Administrator will be: Maintain the Integrated Management System Maintenance of ISO accreditation. Implementing and enforcing Health and Safety policies and procedures (including training) Support the Managers to create operational KPIs on the Business Performance To ensure that all operational documentation and information is correctly recorded Evaluate risk areas within the business and work with Management on improvements. Carry out risk assessments and lift plans. Ensure all required Audits are completed and any actions followed up, internal and external. Review current policies and procedures to ensure they are all up to date and in line with the operations. These are the main priorities and not an exhaustive list of duties. Skills and Competencies for the HSEQ Administrator: Attention to detail/accuracy. Have knowledge of ISO standards for Health & Safety and Quality. Ability to work without direct supervision. Flexible and methodical approach to work/training. Conscientious and reliable. Good IT skills, able to learn the current systems, including Microsoft office packages The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadlines. Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level. Key Requirements: Experience in Health & Safety & Quality, adhering to ISO 14001 and 9001 is essential. Knowledge or a background in logistics, transport or warehousing is beneficial.
