Medical Administrator Do you come from a medial or pharmaceutical background and enjoy administration? I have an excellent opening for a Medical Administrator to join an established company who offer training and progression. Responsibilities for the Medical Administrator will be: · General office administration duties. · Paper and electronic document filing. · Maintenance of spreadsheet and database records. · Raising purchase requisitions. · Arranging meetings. · Arranging travel. · Initiating and responding to correspondence within and outside of the company. Professional/Technical requirements for the Medical Administrator: · At least one years’ recent experience in providing administrative support. · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages · Personal Attributes for the Medical Administrator: · Excellent organisational skills. · Excellent written and oral communication skills. · Excellent numeracy skills. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Experience of working with external suppliers, including ones from overseas.
