The role The firm are seeking to hire an Employment Associate for their busy and growing office, based in the City of London. The Employment Department deals with a very broad range of work, across many industry sectors. You will deal with SMEs, larger Corporates and Unions. You will deal with both Contentious and Non-Contentious work, including Dismissals, Re-structuring, Contract negotiations, Employment tribunals including high court trials, Restrictive covenants and Collective issues. The department has recently acted on a number of high-value cases, so you will be exposed to an excellent quality of work. This, combined with the investment you will receive from the firm, will give you the ideal platform to grow your earnings and quickly progress. Requirements: You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit) You will have a strong technical knowledge You should be a commercially minded individual Salary & Benefits: You will receive a market-leading salary With an excellent bonus structure and benefits package.
