The Role The firm are seeking to hire an Employment Partner into their modern and newly refurbished City of London office. The department is ranked highly in the legal 500 and the team is one of the largest nationally. The team is dynamic and punches well above their weight. You will work with the other partners to drive the department forward. The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly we are working to strengthen our capacity at that level. There are excellent prospects here for progression with the continued growth of this department and the firm.
