Employment Solicitor - Central London - CITY - Legal 500 A unique opportunity for personal development and succession for an ambitious Employment Solicitor joining this full Legal 500 firm service firm at the start of its next growth stage. This firm are seeking a forward thinking and personable individual with a solid grounding in employment law, either from practice. You will need excellent technical knowledge and the confidence to deal with a broad range of employment issues from a variety of clients, both independently and as part of a supportive team. This expanding and ambitious employment team handles both corporate support and litigious work including confidentiality agreements, team moves and tribunal matters. The work will include Employment Tribunal claims; whistleblowing and discrimination; disciplinary and grievance issues, terminations, redundancy programmes, business re-structuring and outsourcing. The team also assists with the drafting, development and implementation of employment contracts, employee handbooks and company policies as well as working hours, TUPE, data protection issues, equal opportunities and all other workplace disputes.
