Overview
THE FIRM A highly regarded legal 500 in the West End Central London are looking for Employment Associate. THE ROLE The West End London based Employment team is now hiring an experienced employment lawyer, or Associate. This expanding and ambitious employment team handles both corporate support and litigious work including confidentiality agreements, team moves and tribunal matters. The work will include Employment Tribunal claims; whistleblowing and discrimination; disciplinary and grievance issues, terminations, redundancy programmes, business re-structuring and outsourcing. The team also assists with the drafting, development and implementation of employment contracts, employee handbooks and company policies as well as working hours, TUPE, data protection issues, equal opportunities and all other workplace disputes. Clients include those in the insurance, financial services, transportation, professional services, and cosmetics sectors, HNW clients and London and International firms. ABOUT YOU With at around 4 pqe and up to senior level with London or equivalent based experience, you will be an employment lawyer.
