Overview
Get to work for the UK’s leading independent provider of mental health care in a well-established service rated ‘good’ in their latest CQC inspection. Are you a Clinical Psychologist who wants to work with a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team in a large site situated in landscaped gardens and within a beautiful grade II listed building? Perhaps you are not receiving high-quality supervision, supportive peer network and training/CPD opportunities in your current role? Maybe you want the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to other members of the psychological therapies team? Or you may want the opportunity to innovate and contribute to service development? If you've answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then this is worth exploring. Operia is representing a world-renowned and the UK’s leading independent provider of mental health care services to search for and headhunt a Clinical Psychologist to join their dynamic psychology department providing support to their Young People's Inpatient Service. The role is extremely diverse with the service consisting of three units - an open acute unit, a psychiatric intensive care unit and a low secure unit. It would suit a candidate who has experience of working in inpatient mental health settings, or a candidate who has worked as part of MDTs providing care for individuals with complex issues (eg CAMHS). For your dedication and hard work, you will be rewarded with excellent CPD and training opportunities within this service, and funded and accredited training opportunities will be available and agreed as part of the role too. If you would like a more detailed job description or would like an informal conversation with us, please get in touch with Ryan Allen at Operia.
