Deputy Home Manager York £42,000 per annum Supernumerary Due to retirement, an excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to become part of a fantastic team within an iconic care home in York. Working on behalf of this award-winning care provider, DMD Recruitment are searching for a clinically confident Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager with the day to day management of the service whilst providing clinical leadership and support to the staff team. The service provides nursing, dementia and residential care to older people across 3 floors. The home is not only recognised for its impressive décor and facilities, but for the commitment and dedication shown by the whole staff team to ensure residents individual needs and requirements are met. To be considered for this excellent opportunity in York, you must have: A Nursing Qualification and a valid NMC PIN Current experience working as a Deputy Manager within a large nursing home A strong ability to lead, manage and empower a large team Auditing and Quality Management experience Good working knowledge of CQC expectations and the minimum care standards Excellent organisation and communication skills This is a full time, permanent opportunity, working predominantly Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. An excellent salary of £42,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
