Deputy Nursing Home Manager York £42,000 per annum Full Time / Permanent Contract Core Hours - 40 per week, Monday to Friday - Supernumerary DMD Recruitment are working in partnership with a reputable care provider to recruit an experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy Home Manager for their award-winning care home in York. Rated as Good by CQC, this impressive care facility provides excellent standards of care and support to older people with residential, dementia and nursing care needs across 3 units. Joining the team as Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager with the day to day management and continued success of the service, whilst providing clinical leadership and support to the staff team. The role requires an experienced Registered Nurse who has current experience working as a Deputy Manager within a large nursing home. Strong leadership and organisation skills are required along with an in-depth working knowledge of CQC expectations and the minimum care standards. A Nursing Qualification RGN or RMN and a valid NMC PIN is essential. Along with an excellent salary of £42,000 per annum, the successful candidate will also benefit from a thorough handover by the current Deputy Manager.
