Overview
Employee Relations Consultant – NHS Castlefield Recruitment is working in partnership with an NHS organisation based in the South East that requires an interim Human Resources Consultant to assist with Employee Relations (ER) casework. This role is for a minimum of two months and at AfC band 8c/d level. The organisation is experiencing a high volume of ER casework, some of which is of a highly complex and sensitive nature and require interim support to resolve cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully resolving ER cases with NHS organisations and will have worked at 8c/d level on previous assignments. Key experience required; ER investigations; CIPD qualified; Previous experience with an NHS organisation; Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
