Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** Facebook is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to support our Biz organization (HR, Finance, Legal, Policy & Comms, IT, Facility, Operations). The ideal candidate will contribute with both hands-on and strategic support of our people managers through performance management and workplace conflict issues to cultivate an innovative, high-performing, and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong assessment of different types of risk, and bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization and have proven experience leading, growing, and scaling experienced HR professionals. This is a full-time role located in our Dublin or London office. **Required Skills:** 1. Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including conflict resolution and mediation, strategic planning on people policies and processes and change management 2. Manage and grow a team of ER Partners to support the business 3. Provide strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization 4. Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions 5. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive work 6. Independently design, facilitate, and scale Manager Training based on data analysis 7. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business 8. Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution 9. Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community **Minimum Qualifications:** 10. 8+ years experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or equivalent role 11. Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business 12. Effective communication and critical thinking skills 13. Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work 14. Demonstrates project management and change management experience 15. Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams 16. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action 17. Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale 18. Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problems 19. Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills 20.
