Job Description
Title: Employee Relations Manager Number of Positions: 1 Job Summary: Wellcome is looking to hire an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Manager to take on a newly created role in the People Team AutoReqId: 819BR Additional info: Wellcome is looking to recruit a new Employee Relations (ER) Manager to manage the delivery of a professional, high quality and effective employee relations' service across Wellcome. As ER Manager you will lead on all areas of ER working with colleagues within the people team to advise and guide managers as appropriate. You will also develop and then embed policies and procedures to ensure a positive and fair working relationship between Wellcome and its employees. You will have a proven track record of successfully leading and creating, communicating and deploying robust employee relations policy as well as the protocols required to meet the changing needs of a complex organisation. As the owner of the newly formed ER function within the People Division you will:- * Work with People Partners and senior managers across Wellcome as the dedicated ER specialist, using your ER expertise to offer guidance and counsel in line with best practice, legislation, policies and procedures * Own Wellcome's people policy development ensuring all relevant policies are kept up to date with changes to legislation and best practice * Implement a full end-to-end case management process * Work with external counsel & colleagues within the People Team when needed to manage complex cases as and when required * Partner with the Talent & Development and People Partnering teams to develop and deliver bespoke workshops to upskill managers in the application of Wellcome policies and best practice Diversity and Inclusion is a priority at Wellcome.
