Overview
SF Recruitment are working alongside a Claims Management company based in the Rugeley area. They are looking for a Claims Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of all aspects of domestic claims, processes and be able to apply policy cover as set out by our clients as appropriate. knowledge of all aspects of contents claims handling. Be familiar with restoration procedures and processes following Fire and Flood and similar related incidents. Demonstrate applied understanding of advanced negotiation skills to achieve settlement at no more than maximum figure as set out by clients within rules and definitions. Make judgements and tailor existing practice to settle complex cases. Be able to provide in-depth and expert advice to Customers, Clients and other Loss Adjusters. Experience Required: - End to end claims processing from first point of call to settlement. - Experience within a similar role for 12 months or more - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to think on feet and make correct decisions - Competent user of Microsoft office If you feel this position lines up with your previous experience and you would like to be considered for the role, please apply here or email
