Our client is looking for a Claims Handler:
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Assess customer’s needs and guide the customer accordingly
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expeditingcorrection or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Proficient use of English language, articulate and professional demeanor
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellent service and rapid issue resolution
