MBA are currently recruiting for a Claims Advisor to join an exciting global organisation at one of their offices in Mold. We are looking for a highly organised and customer service focused individual to join the Team in Mold. Claims Advisor duties will include: Providing support for multiple Loss Adjusters Managing contractor and supplier inboxes Providing the highest level of customer service Updating claims on the internal systems Processing paperwork Meeting set KPI’s and SLA’s We are looking for a Claims Advisor who: Has insurance experience Has great attention to detail Can excel in fast paced working environments Works well as part of a team Has great organisation skills Has a customer focused attitude Claims Advisor Role Details: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm £19,000 - £21,000 Mold, Flintshire This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to develop valuable experience as a Claims Advisor within a fast paced working environment.
