Logistics Manager/ Traffic Manager – Prime Residential My client are a very well regarded high end residential main contractor located in West London. They have built a sterling reputation and have delivered some remarkable projects; they have a client list that is the envy of their industry. The Director is a very well respected individual and steers a very happy ship, which is personified by their low staff turnover. Projects are individual prime and super prime bespoke residences for high net worth clients in some of London’s most affluent locations; such as Mayfair, Belgravia and Kensington. They have also established a distinct “Western” region, which caters for the Western home counties market, focusing on exclusive country homes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Surrey. They are currently looking to appoint a Logistics Manager/ Traffic Manager for a grand country home project located in Surrey; with projects to follow onto on completion of this. Successful candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience in a position of this type, previous experience in the high end residential sector would be preferable. This is a permanent position which can offer excellent opportunities for career progression.
