Overview
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated clinical negligence litigation executive to join a regional top 100 Lexcel accredited law firm based in Manchester. Due to continued expansion, you will be joining a forward thinking clinical negligence department that is hardworking, ambitious and deals with cases of the highest quality. As a clinical negligence litigation executive, you will be working alongside some of the UK's leading lawyers with the scope to work across a broad spectrum of clinical negligence cases. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of pre-litigated and post-litigated matters from initial instruction through to settlement. To be considered, you will ideally have at least 2 years' experience managing your own caseload of clinical negligence files, along with having a strong background in dealing with litigation matters.
