Overview
An executive search firm based in London's West End is seeking an Executive Assistant to support at Partner level, and help to support the wider business, working with and learning from a more Senior EA. This is a permanent role with excellent development - you must have some prior EA experience within executive search, and a knowledge of the search process. The rest can be trained Client Details The firm is global and they have excellent values and a collaborative environment. The offices are modern and fresh and based in the heart of London's West End. The business is well established and going through a period of growth so an exciting time to join Description Managed by the Senior Executive Assistant, the key duties are based around EA support for the Partner, as well as assisting the team with managing search projects, liaising heavily with clients and candidates, arranging meetings across time zones. There is a lot of scope here for progression, but the key duties to begin with are as follows: Gatekeeping for the Partner Complex diary and inbox management Arranging events Arranging global travel Putting together lengthy documents and presentations Processing expenses CRM administration, client account management Proof reading Project managing all assignments, liaising with senior executives daily Scheduling for clients and candidates, managing timelines Ensuring invoices are paid in timely manner Onboarding aftercare scheduling Initial research on new projects and market mapping Profile The ideal candidate must have worked in a similar EA role previously, know how to manage diaries and be willing to learn and be trained by a Senior EA. A degree (or equivalent) is ideal but not essential. You should have a good knowledge of the executive search process. Be able to manage a high volume of work - excellent organisation skills and multitasking are key. Time management must be exemplary. Attention to detail is important - you must be able to demonstrate that you can produce documentation and presentations with perfect accuracy using Microsoft applications, as well as proof reading. Articulate and confident communication skills when liaising with all stakeholders. Be keen to be in an EA role, adding value and helping to drive the business Job Offer This role is paying between £25,000 - £30,000 with amazing career progression and the opportunity to be trained and learn from a Senior Executive Assistant.
