An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to create a rewarding workplace culture that attracts first-class talent, promotes a high performance culture and provides leadership and direction to delivery of the employee relations agenda in GB. The opportunity; In this role you will be responsible for the employee relations agenda, which includes Case Management, Employee Relations Capability Development, change management and individual and collective consultation with their employees. Ensure all employment policies and employment contracts are legally compliant, are relevant, competitive and progressive ,whilst driving the culture and values of their business. Provide leadership in all aspects of case management Essential Skills/Knowledge Required; Experience of working in a large commercial global matrix organisation Previous experience of ER case management and compliance matters Experience in conflict resolution, policy development, negotiation planning and implementation In depth knowledge and application of Policies and UK Employment Law Experience of leading change Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills and ability to apply at different levels in and outside the organisation Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage a variety of priorities and stakeholder groups Experience building successful relationships with senior stakeholders Desirable- Employment Law Degree and/or CIPD qualified or equivalent in-depth experience PLEASE NOTE: Due to the volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to unsuccessful candidates.
