An award winning, boutique law firm based in Manchester City Centre is looking for a head of department to head up their PI, Clinical Negligence team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven claimant clinical negligence solicitor/legal executive/fee earner to take the next step in their career. As you will be the point of contact for advice you must have experience in all aspects of Clinical Negligence and Personal injury. The Role: Alongside your management duties, you will manage your own caseload of multi-track clinical negligence files. Your case-load will be complex and varied and you will be expected to deal with a wide range of different matters. Requirements Extensive experience in clinical negligence matters is essential Management experience is not essential meaning this could be the perfect advancement opportunity for an experienced lawyer looking to move up the hierarchy. In return, you will receive a market leading base salary of £50,000 bonus. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including flexible working & the opportunity to work from home.
