Role Overview As the appointed Employment Solicitor, you will be joining a dynamic team who deal with a mix of both claimant and respondent matters to include: HR advice to include redundancy, disciplinary matters, TUPE and restructuring Reviewing and drafting contracts, policies and staff handbooks Representing clients in the Employment Tribunal to include drafting and preparing proceedings, witness statements Advising on and drafting settlement agreements Candidate Requirements The ideal Employment Lawyer will possess: 0-2 years’ PQE as an Employment Solicitor A good background in Employment law Strong academics The desire to develop your career On Offer There is a salary of £36,000 - £42,000 per annum on offer for this Employment Lawyer position, as well as a generous benefits package.
