Overview
Finance Analyst £30,000 to £35,000 Coventry We are currently working with an Industry leading retail organisation who are eager to grow their existing Finance team. They are eager to become the digital market leader and therefore understand the importance the Finance teams play to turn this dream into a reality. The Director is keen to find a true analyst that can communicate business performance to senior management as well as support and drive effective business decisions to maximise performance. You will act on decisions to close gaps in actual vs target, deliver timely and accurate day-to-day reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting alongside all the other fun activities that make up the life of an analyst As the position is new and the business is evolving so fast, the requirements for the role are pretty strict. They are looking for someone who has experience in a larger corporation to bring a dynamic and inclusive approach to the role. You will be an expert in analysis and problem solving and have a good understanding of accounting methods. You will also prepare and deliver exec level presentations to Directors and Senior Management. Additionally, you will possess a strong commercial acumen and an ability to understand key business drivers. Finally, you will be a part qualified accountant with 2-3 years' experience or studying towards a professional accounting qualification. The role will be a challenge but providing you are passionate about what you do and have a strong work ethic, there is massive potential for the right candidate.
