Overview
A new opportunity has arisen for a proven Transactional Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take on the challenge of managing a large and busy transactional function. Client Details A large and reputable business based within Coventry. Due to a company restructure, they are now looking to add a Transactional Finance Manager to the current finance set up on a permanent basis. Description Your responsibilities will include: Manage and support the teams within Finance Operations, ensuring that they are coached, trained and appropriately resourced to fulfil their responsibilities Implement new processes and controls where needed, and use continuous improvement to drive change. Manage and coordinate the operational daily duties of the team ensuring the deliverables of best practice and compliance are met and aligned with GDPR, Anti-Money Laundering and PCI DSS. Daily oversight to ensure the Finance Operations teams meet objectives that are set by the Financial Operations Controller, to contribute to the wider Finance Department strategy, and ultimately, supporting the development of high quality services Profile You will have worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate process improvement and driving change Strong understanding of financial processes Excellent managerial and communication skills Job Offer Great career opportunity, attractive benefits package, competitive salary, car parking
