Overview
FRS are recruiting a Finance Officer for a reputable and well known organisation based in Coventry. You will be joining a well established team and working for a business who boast fantastic links to the local community and offer personal progression and opportunities. Duties will include: Responsible for the collection of aged debt Arranging payments plans Identifying and escalating matters to litigation stage should needs be Preparing sales invoices Bank reconciliations Producing month end creditor analysis Working closely with senior management to review and develop new strategies to improve the credit control/finance functions within the business Managing the Purchase Ledger Preparing and presenting analysis to senior management Assisting the finance team with their month end preparation (a general finance background would be advantageous) Ideal candidates will have/be: A minimum of two years credit control experience Proficient using Sage, QuickBooks, Xero or MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups etc) Having a form of accounting qualification (degree, AAT, ICM)
