System Administrator / IT / Business Systems Specialist Capita "Open", Open Contractor, Open Assets, Capita "Academy" Housing Management System IMMEDIATE / URGENT - 4 - 12 MONTH CONTRACT Our key client based in Kidderminster are URGENTLY recruiting and in need of someone to manage and maintain their IT Systems. This is an urgent opportunity and looking to hire ASAP. They will consider hiring someone on a temporary / contract basis or fix term employment… The position is to support, maintain and manage the company internal Business Systems and the ideal candidate MUST HAVE experience with working on either/or the following systems / CRM / Database etc Capita "Open" suite of software - (Open Contractor, Open Assets, etc.) Capita "Academy" Housing Management System Civica (CX) and Keystone range of applications would be strongly beneficial as these are new systems that are being implemented Databases - Ingres or Progress You will responsible with the following: To promote the best use of Business Systems technology to solve problems and improve efficiency within the Group. To ensure the Group’s Business Systems are continually improved and developed, challenging processes and routines, where appropriate, whilst maintaining high-levels of systems availability (up-time). Implement new software, modules and perform software / system upgrades. Ensure that documentation and training material is created, and regularly maintained for end-user processes and IT maintenance / fault-finding processes. Support and assist with the development of business intelligence report and management information from Business Systems; supporting the Group to undertake data-led decision making.
