You should possess strong academics and ideally at least six months of experience gained at a reputable firm. BRIEF SUMMARY Job title: Clinical Negligence Paralegal Location: Manchester Salary: £17,000 - £21,000 (depending on experience) Reports to: Head of clinical negligence Previous Experience: at least six months of experience of either claimant or defendant medical negligence. THE CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE / HEALTHCARE TEAM Working within one of the most respected clinical negligence teams in the country, you will be assisting solicitors and fee earners of the highest experience. The role offers exposure to a range of medical negligence work, from fast track to assisting on high level multitrack matters such as birth injury cases including cerebral palsy. The team advises a raft of public sector bodies as well as private companies who operate in the health arena. The blend of work coupled with the fantastic client contact and responsibility make for a truly exciting and challenging opportunity. Furthermore, the practical experience is accompanied by structured training to develop your skills, helping to make you a fully accomplished fee earner.
